Delete your My Trek Guide account

This page explains how to request deletion of your My Trek Guide account and associated data. If you delete your account, you will lose access to your profile and synced features.

Option A (recommended): Delete from the app

1. Open My Trek Guide
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

Deletion is processed immediately after confirmation.

Option B: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@mytrekguide.amritduwal.com.np with:

• The email address used to sign in (or your Firebase UID, if known)
• The words: Please delete my My Trek Guide account

What data is deleted

• Account profile details (name, age/gender if provided, contact fields)
• Favorites and saved app data stored on our server
• Uploaded profile photo stored on our server (if present)

What may be kept

• Minimal logs required for security and abuse prevention (retained up to 30 days)
• Payment data: not collected by My Trek Guide (if this changes, this page will be updated)
