Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in to the app

Make sure you're using the same email and password (or Google / Apple account) you signed up with. You can also reset your password from the sign-in screen via "Forgot password". If you're still stuck, email us and include the email address you used.

How do I delete my account or data?

Visit our account deletion page or open the app and go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Your account and personal data will be removed from our servers.

Maps and itineraries look wrong / outdated

Trail conditions and lodge availability change every season. Please use our maps and day-by-day itineraries as a planning guide, and always check with local agencies / lodges before departure. If you spot a clear error, email us with the place name and what's wrong — we update the catalogue regularly.

Location permission and battery

The app only uses your location for the in-app trekking map, to show your position relative to the trail. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device's Settings — the rest of the app will continue to work.
